Born to 12 provides unique support, and tools to help you navigate this transitional time in your life and prepare you for a successful return to work.
Before I delivered my baby, I read up on all the baby topics I could think of: feeding, sleeping, pooping, making my own food, pumping, and the list goes on. I thought I was prepared, I felt prepared. And I was, for all the practical & tactical things.

What I was not prepared for was what I was going to need!

I never thought about myself at all, about how I would feel, how I would react, and how I would change.

And I definitely did not prepare for returning to work and how I would manage everything once I returned.
